One-Time Services
Standard Support and Processing
$100.00
Our Humanitarian Standard Support and Processing can help guide you through some of
our standard innovations for client services. If you need support through what case
you are presenting, we can advocate for you. Let us assess the situation and work
with you.
Fee Note: One session, one-time payment. Service price may go up if
development of client service exceeds the current service amount.
Outreach Support and Communication
$50.00 (One Time)
Client will have one-time outreach communication. This non-clinical outreach
program will allow you to express your feelings and speak what is on your mind.

Support, Client Processing & Data Analytics
$150.00 (One Time)
Our OpenAccess Community Health program’s Community Health Worker will work with
clients to help their cause grow stronger. Through our data analytics program, we
will analyze the information you carry, create reporting documents, and strengthen
your case.
We will also make recommendations based on your case. This is a non-clinical service
but can guide you through your journey to meet your needs.
Fee Note: Standard fee is applied after intake.
Onboarding Intake (Initial Fee)

This intake onboarding fee is for individuals who will be onboarding for clients who accept the Humanitarian resources program through our Community Health Worker Program and will be ongoing.

recurring advocacy and structured support.
Fee Note: Monthly $100. Standard intake fee applied.
Outreach Communication Support
$50.00 / Month
Client will have once-a-month advocacy through the outreach program. This
non-clinical service allows you to express concerns and receive ongoing support.
Service Time: 30 minutes to one hour
Humanitarian Outreach & Ongoing Client Support
$150.00 / Month
Our Humanitarian ongoing program enables you as an ongoing client and is our
preferred community health worker program.
Fee Note: Client intake fee is standard for service.
Payments are encrypted and securely handled by Stripe. Services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non‑refundable.
Once a payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
You may cancel your service at any time.
If you choose to cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next month, and no further charges will be made after that date.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
