In a world where tech innovations, AI, and cyber‑technologies are advancing faster than oversight can keep up, institutions, the military, manufacturing sectors, and even parts of the government—including the NIH—hold enormous power. Vulnerable populations are increasingly placed in the hands of individuals and organizations with billions of dollars behind them, yet without strong regulatory provisions, accountability, or ethical guardrails.

We cannot afford to wait for more laws or protections that may never come. People must speak up to prevent wealth and corporate influence from overpowering the populations least able to defend themselves. Innovation often brings clinical tests, studies, and experimentation—and historically, vulnerable communities are the ones placed at risk. When corporate billionaires see profit in human data, they will seek ways to use people for experimental monitoring and research.

AI is projected to reach a global market value of over $300 billion by 2035. If the United States government, including the President, does not prioritize protecting the population, then the American public must reconsider the leadership it chooses. The people elected officials to safeguard the nation, yet safety depends on the actions of the Senate, Congress, and the President. If these branches of government fail to support the public and promote social well‑being, then they are failing the responsibilities outlined in the Constitution.

Advocacy for Neuro Rights is an oversight organization monitoring unethical practices that harm populations in the United States. We work for inclusion, social determinants of health, and community support. The lack of response from government offices shows a concerning disregard for public welfare. The American people fund these institutions to protect them—not to ignore organizations trying to help. As a civil society, we must no longer allow governmental institutions to ignore the public. Without action, it is the people who will face harm. We must stand together and call for constitutional accountability from those in office. Government officials are meant to protect territories and uphold freedoms—not allow conditions that resemble tyranny.

Corporate wealth continues to grow, often without regard for public safety. If left unchecked, these entities will gain substantial control over markets, technologies, and even the direction of AI. We cannot allow corporate billionaires to shape the Constitution or dictate the future of American freedoms. Our liberties exist because people fought for them during times of oppression—just as many feel compelled to do today.

If the American public does not regulate institutions researching DNA manipulation, viral engineering, or technologies that could harm children, then we must ask ourselves: what will we do? We live in a critical era for protecting freedoms and liberties from surveillance, cognitive monitoring, and unauthorized intrusion into private life. No authority has the right to enter the mind of a citizen or invade their home without consent. People must reclaim their freedoms and uphold constitutional principles in a society built on liberty.
